How much does it cost?
Your first consultation is $99. Every consultation after that is $149.
How long does it take to get my consultation back?
Typically 1–3 business days after you submit your photos and listing details.
What if something's not quite right?
Just reach out — we're happy to help make it right.
What if I'm not happy with my consultation?
If it isn't delivered within 5 business days, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Once it's delivered, refunds aren't available — but if something's not right, reach out and we'll help sort it out.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely through Square.
Is this just for realtors, or can homeowners use it too?
Both. It's built by a realtor, for realtors — but just as useful if you're a homeowner getting your home ready to sell.
Is my report reviewed by a real person?
Yes — every consultation is handled personally by our team, start to finish.
What happens to my photos after I upload them?
Your photos are kept for 60 days after your consultation is delivered, in case you have questions or need help with anything — then they're automatically deleted. We never use photos for facial recognition or any kind of identification.
Do you sell my data?
No — never. Your information stays with us and is only ever used to create your consultation.
Do I need to include the homeowner's name or address?
No homeowner name is ever collected. You can enter the real property address or just a private label you'll recognize — whatever you prefer.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes — the whole site works on mobile, so you can upload photos right from a walkthrough.

Do you save my listings, or do I have to start over each time?
Everything's saved to your account. Your dashboard shows every property you've started — drafts you haven't finished, ones in review, and completed consultations — so you can pick up right where you left off.
How do I actually receive my staging report?
We'll email you a link straight into your report as soon as it's ready. You can also just log into your dashboard anytime and open it from there — the email is a convenience, not the only way in.
